I asked to get my old fillings removed and replaced to which they had NO PROBLEM doing!! They worked so well with me and talked me through the process. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Iβve been going to this dentist for a couple of years now. The dental assistant (Charles) is so gentle, kind and attentive. I saw Dr Zhou and she is awesome. Had tooth pain and she took the time to investigate and get to the root of the problem. Kira always takes care of me and is super helpful. She provided me with a treatment plan that worked for my budget and schedule. Everybody here is super sweet and I recommend coming to First Smile Family Dentist for all your dental care needs. I havenβt been to the dentist in a while when I got there the lobby was full and I honestly thought they were going to be super behind and rushing it all. I was shocked to see the complete opposite I had just finished filling out the intake form and they called me back. The rooms are more private unlike most places where there is a half wall between everyone. I had Kira (I believe that was her name or Keira) do my initial X-rays along with Gabriel they were amazing a efficient I usually have bad pain when getting the X-rays but they were patient and understanding and walked me through it all. I then had Aide the dental hygienist also came to do her part even though it was painful (it always is for me) she was very fast and explained what she could see. Gabriel was very thorough with the teeth polishing and made sure I was comfortable. Lastly I was seen by DR Nguyen she check out my teeth explained in detail her recommendations plans and what to expect. I really enjoyed this location and Iβm actually looking forward to coming back in. Every one was super friendly from the front desk to the dentist.

Amazing I'm glad I came here everyones bedside manner is fantastic which is a huge plus especially in today's day and age where bedside manner seems to be down the toilet with most medical professionals. Charles was really helpful and very nice. Front desk staff was wonderful. Dentist was incredible. She knew what she was talking about and was very helpful. My 7 yr old had his first visit with them and they were all very friendly and made his experience great. Yhe front office was very informative and answered all questions. He originally came in for an exam and the Dr. saw he needed an extraction and did it the same day. He was scared at first but with the help of the back office they all made him feel safe and brave. My front tooth crown fell 7 days before my appointment for the implant at my dentist, this office was the only one open on Saturday, so I visited them, they glued it to my side tooth and the base to hopefully last the other 6 days I need for my appointment. I am glad they took the risk, as I didn't want to be toothless for a whole week lol I will definitely be babying it for this days so it doesn't fall.

Dr. vien Nguyen and her staff are the best in the business. I have had 4 implants done by Dr. Vien no pain after surgery. Dr. Vien does everything from extractions to implants. Crowns cleaning anesthesia. So, you do not have to go anywhere else. For implants and extractions.

I never have felt that they were trying to work up a bill or anything nefarious like that. Today I had to have a crown put on, and I was originally treated by one of the newer technicians who is going to school full-time, working part-time in the dental office, and takes time to offer a personal touch while working with a patient. She is a lovely young woman. Farisali has grown so much in the last year. After a failed failed experience with another dentist, First Smile Family Dental was able to get me right in, identify my immediate needs like antibiotics for an infection in my mouth, they developed a treatment plan designed around my needs initially and longer term. Between covid and relocation to Washington from Az., I was behind in my dental care. They accepted me with a smile and professionalism. I could tell I wasn't the only one with this impression. The waiting room was crowded and felt like family. The patients were multi ethnic and all ages, kids to seniors. Some new patients and some long term patients. The staff are incredible and providingreceived. 10/21/24; love this place. Best customer service I've encountered. Going to the dentist is scary and generally not a feel good situation for most people. I feel more comfortable here than any dentist office I have ever worked with. I love these folks. 11/5/2024; I had a root canal today. I thought it kind of fit to have it on election day. Love these folks. Totally painless.

Well it's been a while since I've been to the dentist but it was time to find one for my daughter and myself so after some research I chose First Smile and I couldn't be happier. They saw my daughter first and treated her like a princess. They really showed her the live and care that she deserved and even played her favorite movie to distract her and entertain her while they did her check up. Then during the same visit they took care of me and continued to look after my daughter while I got the cleaning I so desperately needed. So welcoming, so kind and super sweet too. She really took her time when cleaning my teeth, wasnβt heavy handed and did an AWESOME cleaning job. She would even have small talk with me and we laughed and talked making me feel even more comfortable. I would recommend anyone who is either new to the area like me to come to this dentist office, or who may be looking for a place that is professional in every way possible. What truly caught my eye was the fact that there was a multicultural of people working here. You donβt always find that at a dental office. Friendly staff, and I felt relaxed. Dentist showed and explained everything via a wall TV so it was easy to understand. Thereβs a ceiling TV to look at when laying down in the seat. Never seen that before. Canβt comment on teeth cleaning and other procedures, since I just came from my first appointment to get xrays.

They take the time to know their patients on a personal level while also helping them to understand the entire dental experience from clinical applications to billing. Dr. Nguyen was transparent in each step in the dental process, and any questions I had were answered and explained until I felt comfortable enough to move forward. During my exam, the dentist sat with me and explained her findings for every single tooth. It was my second time there, I needed an Emergency Extraction immediately yesterday. They were able to squeeze me in for a extraction. I was extremely in pain and stressed out about my crown. Dr.Nguyen was very helpful, gentle and reassuring during the procedure. She was able to comfort me, never realizing I was holding my breath during the procedure. After the procedure was done. She showed me my tooth and explained to me what caused my tooth pain. It was so relieving and extremely grateful for Dr. Nguyen and her dental assistant for squeezing me in for last minute emergency appointment. Thank you again and I hope y'all really consider getting your dental health done here their customer service is A1 and their very warming and welcoming dental family. Looking for a Dentist Look no farther, You've Found it at First Family Dentist This is the best dentist I've ever been to I live in Renton and they are in federal way (a good 40 minute drive) I had a bad,rotten and painful tooth Without hesitation I was told to come in to the clinic. Dr. Nguyen hadn't even opened officially yet she was gentle cared about how I was doing, if I was ok or needed anything. Also took time to show exrays,pictures also explained everything she was going to do. The whole staff are great.
